Gift Requirments

Fics:
at least 1k words but no maximum word limit
only new, complete works (you can use one of your own drafts! as long as it wasn’t published before it’s okay)
you cannot use already published works or parts of existing work
if fic has multiple chapters all chapters must be posted on the posting dateArt:
completed/rendered work of art (no sketches)
backgrounds are optional.
no required size
traditional art is acceptable as long as you provide a high-quality scan/photoUpload your work on twitter if it’s art or AO3 if it’s fics (provide links). If you want to upload your work outside of Twitter/AO3 please indicate that work was done for the exchange.AO3 NOTE: If you never uploaded work on AO3 and don’t have an account please register beforehand since AO3 sign up form is done by invitation meaning you will have to wait a couple of more days before actually creating an account and being able to post.

Unfortunately after the deadline we can’t let people join. However, please consider signing up as a back-up artists/fic writer! In case anyone drops the project we will contact you and ask if you can pick up the project. Unfortunately it does mean shorter creation time and it is not guaranteed that you will be picked up at all. We are sure that other exchanges will be happening in the future too so please support the project when it happens again!I am not sure if i wrote my information correctly in the sign-up form. Can I resubmit?
Don’t hesitate to dm us so i can recheck the information and i don’t get double submissions!Can I share WIP of my work online?
Please refrain from sharing work so you don’t spoil it to someone!I keep my Twitter account private, what do I do?
We would advise you to make your account public for the posting days. However, if you do not feel comfortable doing that for any reason please let us know we can try to accommodate you in this case.

The content of the gift is meant to be a surprise and therefore all communication between gifter and giftee is going to be happening through mods. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you have any questions whatsoever.What if I need more time?

To be fair, we want to limit one work per person. However, you can check in with us if there are any dropped out people who need someone to take over their work!
